This is Adams, a brave little boy who was living with a medical condition that made something as simple as going to the bathroom incredibly painful. 💔
Thanks to the kind hearts in our community who brought his case to our attention — and to our generous donors who make our mission possible — we were able to cover the cost of his surgery and give him the relief and care he needed. 🙏💙
Stories like Adams’ remind us how powerful it is when compassion and action come together. While we love helping, the truth is that without proper resources, cases like this would be so much harder to address.

🌟 Meet Daniel 🌟
This week, a brave new child named Daniel came to us after experiencing a crisis at school. His mother sought our help to understand what was happening — and together, we referred them to a neurologist. 🧠
After careful evaluation, we discovered that Daniel has phase 3 paralysis. He now requires ongoing medication and therapy to support his recovery.
Thanks to early detection and the support of our amazing community, we are now able to provide Daniel and his family with the care and resources they need. 💙

Today we welcome a very special boy into the Samana Smiles family — Isaias López.
His smile lights up the room, but behind it he faces serious challenges. Isaias lives with autism and struggles with aggressive behaviors. His grandmother has been his only caregiver until now, and we are honored to step in to walk alongside them on this journey. 💙
This is just the beginning of a long process, but together we can make a difference. With love, patience, and the right care, we believe Isaias can reach new milestones.
